Everything you need to know about coaching, the Enneagram, and working with Kendri.
The Enneagram is a personality typology system that helps you understand the lens through which you see the world and why you do what you do. It acts like an internal GPS system, running in the background and influencing your behavior.
Both are valuable. Both can be life-changing. But they serve different purposes.
Therapy is healing work — the appropriate space for processing trauma, addressing mental health, and exploring how your past has shaped your present. If that's what you need, I'll always encourage you to pursue it.
Coaching is alignment work. It's designed for people who are ready to move forward — to gain clarity on who they are, what they value, and how to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
The Enneagram goes deep. It surfaces the “why” behind your motivations, fears, and patterns. But in a coaching context, that self-awareness becomes a tool — not the destination. We use what we uncover to help you make better decisions and live more intentionally.
It starts with a 15-minute clarity call. No pressure, just an honest conversation about where you are, what you're looking for, and whether coaching or a workshop is the right next step. If it is, we'll talk about what that looks like. If it isn't, I'll do my best to point you in the right direction.
Coaching is not one-size-fits-all. Pricing varies depending on the format and length of engagement that's right for you. You can explore current options on the Work With Me page, or schedule a 15-minute clarity call and we'll figure out together what makes the most sense for your situation.
Yes, and you're not alone in that. Many of the women I work with come in knowing something feels off but not yet having the words for what they want. That's not a problem to solve before we start; it's often exactly where the work begins. Clarity is something we build together, not a prerequisite for showing up.
Not at all. One of my favorite things is guiding women toward their Enneagram type. It's a process, and most people find the most value when they work through their type in conversation rather than through an assessment alone. If you already know your type, we'll build on that. If you don't, discovering it together is part of the work.
I recommend these 2 free resources: yourenneagramcoach.com and simplywholehearted.com/enneagramquiz. They are a great starting point to narrow down your type. I suggest a follow-up Enneagram typing session to truly land on your type.
Yes. While the Enneagram is a cornerstone of my work, I am also well-versed in CliftonStrengths, The 4 Tendencies, and DISC. Together, these tools create a fuller picture of how you're wired, how you work best, and what gets in your way. Much of what we do is identity work at its core, and these frameworks serve that purpose well.
The Enneagram Experience workshop is designed for anyone who is new to the Enneagram and ready to start using it as a real tool in their life. Whether you're navigating a season of transition or simply building toward a life that feels more like you, this workshop is a great place to start. We'll explore how your type shows up in your relationship with yourself, your family, and your work — because self-awareness is the foundation for everything else.
Yes. An Enneagram workshop for a small business or direct sales team can be genuinely life-changing for culture. When people understand how they and their teammates are wired, it changes everything — how they communicate, how they handle conflict, and how they show up for the work. Teams that do this together often see real gains in engagement, retention, job satisfaction, and productivity.
If you're looking for a meaningful investment in your team, this is a great place to start. Reach out to start a conversation about what would work best for your group.
Absolutely. In fact, it's a great first step. A workshop gives you a chance to experience the work, get a feel for the Enneagram, and decide if you want to go deeper. There's no pressure to do anything more than show up and see what resonates.
For more than 20 years, I led a large team in the direct sales industry, which required constant coaching, developing people, navigating conflict, and helping individuals find their footing. That experience is foundational to everything I do now. I am also a certified Enneagram coach through Wholehearted Enneagram, which grounds my work in a specific methodology and a deep understanding of how people are wired.
A 15-minute clarity call is the easiest way to get your questions answered and see if coaching is the right fit.
